Every day, the newspapers and the news programmes, report on conflict, war, murder, rape, violence, gangs, drugs, torture, pedophiles, bullying, poverty, hunger, thirst, crisis after crisis, disasters, abuse of power, abuse of women, and abuse of the planet…
Politicians are exposed for corrpution and politicians expose themselves, celebrities telll young people not to do drugs, and then get caught for a cocaine binge…
Young people are riding around stabbing people, friends stab friends, students stab their teachers, boyfriends stab girlfriends…
People all over the world are protesting about something, people are angry about everything, from lack of money to lack of jobs, from abortion issues to demanding ‘change’…
the problem is people don’t realise that the problem lies within each and every walnut and so does the solution!
The walnut, in case you don’t know, is your brain!
Apparently (for I am not a scientist) the average adult brain weighs about 3 pounds and measure about 5.5 x 6.5 x 3.56 inches.
That’s about 12 small apples or 10 avocados!
The difference between the fruit and your brain is that avocados don’t start wars, aren’t jealous or greedy, and apples haven’t got sexual perversions that make them want to have sex with small children.
Avocados are not antisemitic, don’t know how to build weapons, don’t believe in god, or believe that unbelievers should be killed!
Apples are not nationalistic, left wing or right wing, don’t protest, or start riots, and avocados aren’t well known for shoplifting, tax evasion, theft, or fraud!
Your walnut on the other hand – is!
Well maybe not your walnut, but with over 8 billion walnuts in the world you can be sure that some of them are up to no good!

I’m sure you’ve got your own list, but whether it’s designing bombs, , killing millions of people, influencing the thinking of leaders worldwide, creating religions, colonising nations, creating motor cars, you can be sure that there is a walnut hard at work powering every thought, action, without thinking of its consequence!
You and I share the same walnut structure, but we think, and act differently, and why we do has many different causes, which we will not go into here, or we’ll be discussing it for all eternity!
Let’s just say that our walnuts have the ability to think anything!
We can think of nice things, nasty things, violent things, peaceful things, helpful things, unhelpful things…
I’m sure people in history who have been shown to think things which have been incredibly destructive, thought they were doing the right thing!
Even Adolf Hitler…
You see, the walnut doesn’t care what you think, it only cares what it thinks, whatever the consequences!
And as we can’t see into other people’s walnuts unfortunately we are at the whim and the mercy of over 8 billion of them!
Scary thought!
Imagine 8 billion different ideas!
Fortunately, these 8 billion individual walnuts have been organised into just under 200 countries, where some bright people have algamated these individual thoughts into things like countries, religions, cultures, etc, which seek to homogenise the people…(definition required!)
Homogenise
- to blend (diverse elements) into a mixture that is the same throughout
- to make uniform in structure or composition throughout : to make homogeneous
So that cuts down the number of walnuts thinking individually, thank goodness! For what chaos in the world could they all cause!?
So, if you are born in England, you are defined as english, and you think of ‘english’ things, and if you are born in Iran you think of ‘Iranian’ things – got it?
None of these collective thoughts are right, or universal, and nor are they wrong, they are, simply put, a way of thinking that reflects the thoughts of those in control , and permeated by the leaders, governments, parents, religions, etc, of the designated geographical spaces.
Of course, countries aren’t ‘real’ and neither are ‘religions,’ nor any cultures, or traditions, they are merely ideas created by one walnut and accepted by many walnuts!
Walnuts are also affected by education, social status, wealth etc…
And walnuts have an unhealthy tendency to group together based on the same, which limits the evolution of individual walnuts!
Does this make any sense to you?
Activists will stick together
Environmenalists will stick together
Communists will stick together
Capatilists will stick together
Gangs will stick together
Pedophiles will stick together
Transgenders will stick together
Muslims will stick together
Atheists will stick together
The poor, the rich, the refugees, the lower classes, the upper classes, the drug dealers, the politicians…ok you get the point!
People’s walnuts stick together! Physically separate, psychologically connected!
But what happens when one walnut breaks free of the others?
Breaks free of national and cultural identity?
Breaks free of religious idenity?
Breaks free of group identity?
Well, right now, ladies and gentlemen, that is you! You are deciding to take that step! You have decided that the only way to evolve the human species is to stand alone.
You don’t need money, or education to do it, but you need intention – intention to think differently, to evolve yourself, for the benefit of all others….
Your walnut is the key to eradicating all that creates suffering.
