I spent the last 5 hours researching the headlines of major and minor news sites from every country around the world and was compiling a list of 5 headlines from each of them, but I realised that I was subconsciously seeking out the negative headlines in order to prove a point about the world being a terrible place because of humans, but that is not a positive way to end the year or start a new year is it?
By posting all the headlines about murder, corruption, environmental disasters, car accidents, executions, etc would make me no better than the regular media whether alternative, left or right, up or down.
Let’s face it, fear-mongering and negativity sells newspapers, addicts people to social media, and the tv, and does nothing to help, us evolve as a species … so no more negativity from me, and I will go out in search of some good news!
This new year let us create peace in our walnuts and let that peace radiate outward and infect everyone!
