REFORM?

they say we must reform this and reform that, but how does reforming fundamentally shift humanity into a state of constant evolution?

The word reform means “To improve by alteration, correction of error, or removal of defects; put into a better form or condition.” Or “To abolish abuse or malpractice in.”

Answer me this…

If an apple is rotten to the core, will reforming it make it less rotten?
